Protect yourself and others from spread of infection
We all have a responsibility to prevent the spread of the illness covid-19. Here is a list of a few important things that we can all do:
- Stay home even if you just feel like you have a slight cold
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Maintain your distance from others both inside and outside.
- Maintain your distance from others on the bus, the train, the metro, tramway and other public transport.
- Avoid going to events like funerals, christenings, birthday parties and weddings.
- Maintain a distance from others in sporting grounds, swimming baths and gyms, and avoid using public changing rooms.
- Do not travel during rush hour if you can avoid it.
- Only travel if necessary.
